Members download an app with your name, icon, and colors from the App Store and Google Play, and we build it, submit it, and keep it updated. You'll need your own Apple and Google developer accounts (Apple charges $99 a year, Google $25 once), and Settings walks you through each step. Every plan already includes the Hurdle member app.
Yes, anytime. Upgrade to Premium when you need hands-on help. Downgrade to Core when you're comfortable. Changes take effect on your next billing cycle.

Yes. A specialist-led project moves customer records, programs, enrollments, payment summaries, website content, and saved payment methods onto Hurdle. Processor-to-processor token transfer into Stripe, usually 5 to 10 business days, or a card-collection campaign if the processor cannot send tokens. The site takes new members first. Existing billing flips once cards are on file. One-time implementation starting at $199, quoted to the size of your data. You can also import a CSV yourself.
